The Application Review Committee is established to provide citizen input and expertise in financial review and application funding. The committee’s role is to review the application and make a recommendation concerning any assistance to the Village Board.
The Application Review Committee will be composed of three (3) members to be appointed by the Village Board. The members of the Committee shall be residents of the Village of Callaway. At least two (2) members must have experience in banking or lending. Committee members must sign a Confidentiality Statement and be available to meet as needed with appropriate notice. The Program Administrator shall serve as ex-officio, but non-voting member of the Application Review Committee. The individual members of the Committee shall serve a three (3) year term with a maximum of one (1) term.
The Village Board has appointed one (1) Committee member position to Great Western Bank who will appoint a qualified representative to serve.

The Citizen Advisory Committee is established to review the functioning and progress of the LB840 Program at regular meetings, and advise the Village Board with regard to the Program and to report its findings and suggestions at a public hearing called for that purpose, at least once every six months.
The Citizen Advisory Committee shall consist of not less than five (5) or more than ten (10) members who shall be appointed by the Village Board. The members of the Committee shall be residents of the Village of Callaway. At least one (1) member must have experience in business finance or accounting. Committee members must sign a Confidentiality Statement and be available to meet as needed with appropriate notice. Except for the Program Administrator who shall serve as ex-officio member, no member shall be an elected or appointed Village Official, an employee of the Village, or a participant in a decision-making position regarding expenditure of the Program funds. The individual members of the Committee shall serve a three (3) year term with a maximum of two (2) terms, with term commencement dates staggered so there are at least two term (2) groups.
